The portrait hangs in our bedroom where we see it every morning when we wake up. It continues to be the most cherished gift we received on our wedding day.

I commissioned a portrait of our beloved Kitty Carlisle for my teenage daughter last Christmas. She is a hard one to buy for and this was the perfect, special gift. She loved it and I do as well. In fact, I loved it so much I had Brooke do a second one of my daughter and Kitty for her birthday. We love the pair and love working with Brooke.

Artist & Collector

Q. What kind of payments are accepted?
A. You can pay online using Paypal or a credit card. Payments may be processed over the phone if preferred. I will also accept bank transfers and personal checks.
Q. How will the painting be shipped?
A. I personally package each painting to ensure its safe delivery. Artwork is shipped via UPS, or USPS and will be insured for the full purchase price while in transit. A signature will be required (the painting will not be left unattended!) and a tracking number provided for estimated delivery times. 
Q. When will the painting arrive?
A. Artwork typically arrives within 2 weeks of purchase date, sometimes sooner.  Special accomodations can be made, though shipping surcharges will occur for overnight delivery, etc.
Q. What could delay the arrival of art?
A. If you chose the framing option, this can sometimes delay the delivery date. I have a limited stock of frames and may have to order out of house to best fit your order.
Q. Are there discounts or coupons?
A. Yes! Sign up to receive coupon codes that can be applied to your current and future orders.
Q. Is there a bulk discount for multiple purchases?
A. I do offer discounts if you fall in love with more than one piece! Contact me and I'll send you a coupon to use at checkout.
Q. Can a painting be returned?
A. Your satisfaction is extremely important to me! If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return a painting within 14 days of delivery. The painting must be returned in exactly the same condition it arrived and be packaged in the same protective manner. Please have the currier complete the proper packaging of the art, the insurance requires it!


Q. How is a return initiated?
A. Contact me with your request and I will email you a return shipping label to use. You do not have to pay return shipping! I feel comfortable offering this generous return policy because I've never had an unhappy collector and I plan to keep it that way. 
Q. How does the commission process work? 
A. The first step is to fill out this simple questionaire.  I will then put together a few ideas with different price points and we will work together to imagine the best painting for you. I love the collaborative element of creating custom work! After we have agreed on size, price, colors etc. a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start the painting. I will send you photos and videos as the painting evolves and you are encouraged to make suggestions and request specific changes throughout the whole process. When I consider the painting complete I will send you a photo for your final approval. Small changes can still be made at this point if something looks wrong to you. If you are happy, the final 50% payment is due and the painting will be shipped promptly. If you are not happy and we can't reach an agreement on the finish of the painting, you do not have to pay the final 50%. I will keep the artwork and we can leave it at that. 
Q. How often are new paintings available?
A. I'm creating new works almost every day! New paintings are added to this Shop when they are available for purchase.
